Can I eat these with my lunch / dinner or will it cause problems?

Spinach and rocket are fine to have - a very good choice in fact.

Just watch the dressing... some of the recipes I just saw ( look it up since I ' d never HEARD of this salad before ) had sugar and honey in the dressing.
