Hi everyone

I am already in day 4th of induction and still nothing lost. But I check ketostix 3 times a day and I am in ketosis, as it turns pink or violet everytime.

Can I be in ketosis and not loosing weight?

Simona, give it time. It ' s too early for any weightloss to register, especially since you have very little to lose.
